To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.
New! Cottonwood Pavilion
Nestled amid the ancient trees of the Cottonwood Forest, the brand new Cottonwood Pavilion offers over 8,000 square feet of space in a distinct setting for special events of up to 600 guests. Host the perfect wedding, mitzvah, anniversary celebration, or holiday party surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, a dramatic water feature and windowed walls that open up, allowing guests access to the outdoor covered terrace. The horse-drawn carriage turn-around allows for the bride or guests of honor to arrive in unique style. An expansive 29-foot ceiling showcases contemporary chandeliers suspended throughout the venue, while next door the Cottonwood Gazebo provides scenic views of the Rio Grande – ideal for wedding ceremonies and concerts.
Colorful yet unobtrusive Southwest Pueblo decor sets the scene for an impressive gathering in our most spacious event space. Offering over 12,000 square feet of flexible space and 20-foot ceilings, this expansive venue works perfectly for myriad functions. Utilize the entire area to host an industry trade show with 60 full sized exhibits. Open a company-wide conference with a high-tech presentation to a theater-style setup for over 1,300 guests. This flexible ballroom easily separates into as many as eight salons, allowing you to configure the room to suit your needs. Hold a classroom-style meeting for over 300 in the two main center sections, with breakout rooms or lunch buffets in the remaining areas. The adjoining pre-function space leads to a verandah and views of the incredible grounds, making it ideal for pre-event continental breakfast buffets, conference registration or cocktails prior to a formal dinner gala for 1,000.
Select any or all of these versatile meeting rooms surrounding the main ballroom for small to medium-sized gatherings. Each showcases the beauty of the Pueblo of Santa Ana, with windows for natural lighting, traditional decor and artisan touches creating warm spaces for every event. Create team-building workshops in hollow square formations with capacity from 14 to 40 participants, or interactive training workshops in a classroom set up for 75. Invite your top sales team for a private cocktail party, or host an exclusive dinner for 50 VIP clients and their spouses. The ideal setting of these rooms allows them be used either by themselves or in conjunction with events taking place in the ballroom. Each room also provides access to the pre-function area and adjoining terraces.
Located away from the main meeting space, this centrally located, yet private boardroom offers a breathtakingly intimate setting for your high-level board meeting. Elegantly appointed, featuring a private fireplace and lounge area with hand painted pueblo maps and pottery, the Council Boardroom creates the perfect setting. The Council Boardroom is only offered for boardroom meetings.

Whether your event calls for the dramatic setting of the Sunrise Amphitheater of the secluded ambience of the Cottonwood Pavilion located along the banks of the Rio Grande, we can accommodate all of your needs.

Conveniently situated outside of the main conference facilities, the amphitheater is a great spot to host an informal reception for your attendees, with special themed buffet stations and entertainment. Or, indulge in invigorating outdoor exercise and snack breaks, complete with intellectual and physical challenges designed to bring new life to a day of indoor sessions.
House of the Hummingbird
Our newest event venue is sure to leave an indelible impression on all your guests. This unique 12,000 square foot outdoor ballroom incorporates the indigenous architecture of our Native American Pueblo and is built amid Pueblo ruins. Stunning views of the Sandia Mountains and the sacred butte - known as Tuyuna Mesa – add a very special touch to this inviting space. Featuring a 7,500-foot lawn, an amphitheater and a beautiful Hummingbird garden, this lovely setting is ideal for cocktail receptions, weddings, reunions and corporate events, with capacities to accommodate 300 guests for a seated banquet, 400 in a theater-style lecture and 500 for a classic cocktail reception.
